Wedding Photography London FAQ
 1. How long until I recieve all my wedding photography london?
We know most wedding photography london company's take forever delivering your wedding photography package. We know how tantalising it can be waiting for your package to come through the post. We aim to deliver the complete goods to our customers within 2 weeks.
2. How many wedding photographs will I get on DVD?
As many pictures as you can take really. You can take up to 4320 pictures with the memory cards supplied. An average wedding photography has only about 600 - 800 pictures, so 4320 photographs is a lot!
3. How many wedding photographs will I get in my album?
This depends on the album we have in stock. Our albums are beautifully designed to complement your wedding. As a threshold there will be about 20 - 30 printed photographs in each ablum.
4. What if I don't like my wedding photography london?
As professionals we will edit all your photographs to give you that awesome look. But if your pictures are blurred or exposure is poor you must take responsbility. Have a look at our portfolio to see our before and after pictures. We will do all we can to fix and protect your wedding photographs.
5. What happens if I drop the camera?
Firstly, your appointed person must have the camera strap around his/her neck at all times. Should you manage to drop the camera still, if there is no damage done to the camera internally or externally there is nothing to worry about. If there are damages we will have to fix the camera, the cost for which will be deducted from the deposit retained from you.
6. What happens to my deposit if the camera is damaged?
Lets be fair, professional cameras are extremely expensive. We need to be sure that you will look after our equipment which is why we take a fully refundable deposit. But we like to be fair with our clients as well. If you damage the camera, we will subtract only £79 from your £500 to take an insurance policy to have the camera fixed. We will return the remaining £421 back to you, thats a promise. We want our customers to feel safe handing over a £500 deposit without being worried about spiralling costs. If however you decided not to return the camera (which we hope you will not) then we will keep the £500.
7. If there is slight damage to the camera will you still keep all my deposit?
As explained above, a damage is a damage, albiet small or big. We will subtract £79 from your desposit to cover the fixing cost and return the remaining £421 back to you.
